Estate Arya is one-story building consisting of two bedrooms villas. Covering 315 m2 of land, the entire design is modern and impressive. What makes the villa comfortable and stylish is the modern furniture mixed with Balinese open-space living concept, enabling the guests to enjoy the well-maintained ventilation and fresh air. The two suite bedrooms are positioned next to each other, with a Jacuzzi is place in the middle of two rooms. |

The bedrooms are identical, both are completed with king-sized bed, plasma TV, wardrobe, daily restocked mini bar, make up table, wall panel, bathroom amenities, and parquet flooring. Living, dining, and kitchen area are in another separate building complemented with a sliding door, giving direct and unobstructed access to the garden, day gazebo, and swimming pool area. |

- High season surcharge US $ 25 per per Room per Night applies from July and September and Peak Season surcharge US $ 35 per Room per Night applies from August and December 20 - January 10.
- Booking or Reservation subject to availability and confirmation

- Check Out time : 12 : 00
- Late check out until 18:00 is additional charge of 50 % from 1 (one) night room rates and subject to viability
- Payment and Guarantee Booking.
- A deposit of 50% is required by bank transfer, or cash or credit card detail to confirm a reservation, which is confirmed with a copy of the bank transfer faxed or e-mailed to The Wangsa Private Estate within 7 (seven) business days. If a deposit is not received in time it will result in the cancellation of your booking.
- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation made before 30 days prior arrival will charge at 100 % from total deposit.
- Cancellation made less than 30 days prior arrival will charge at 100% from total amount.
- No Show will charge 100 % from total amount.
