These Terms & Conditions primarily rule our conducts and reservations, with the intention of making things common for you, but also protect THE WANGSA PRIVATE ESTATE from prohibitive administrative costs. |

GENERAL CONDITION.
BALIWANGSAVILLAS.com is offered to you for your personal use. You agree that the services provided by this website shall be used only to make legitimate reservations and shall not use this website for any other unlawful or prohibited purposes. |

| TERM OF PAYMENT |
A Non Refundable deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received by THE WANGSA PRIVATE ESTATE within Seven (7) working days after booking confirmation and payment instructions have been given to the hirer. If a deposit is not received within this time, it is within the discretion of the management to cancel the booking. |

Final payment is required 30 days prior to arrival (45 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) or immediately if booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival (or 45 days in the case of Christmas/New Years bookings). If the balance payment is not received by the due date, the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the hirer’s deposit. |

In the case of bookings made 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is required within two (2) working days, or on arrival, if less than two (2) working days, whichever comes first. All payments must be made in USD. Payments can be made by Bank transfer or Credit card. Some conditions apply and full details will be given at the time of booking. |

All clients will be asked to sign a Waiver of Liability and a credit card authorization form, which will allow the Agency to charge the card any charges that clients incur while at the villa. |

| CANCELLATIONS POLICY |
- Cancellation made before 30 days prior arrival will charge at 100 % from total deposit.
- Cancellation made less than 30 days prior arrival will charge at 100% from total amount.
- No Show will charge 100 % from total amount.
